Acid Bath in Park City.

Park City, UT  ·  84060

Acid bath is a pre-wash that strips rust spots, brake dust, hard water, and stuck debris off the paint and rims before the contact wash. It's the prep step that lets the rest of the wash actually work on really neglected paint.

About Park City.

Mostly newer luxury SUVs and weekend Porsches; ceramic over Stage 2 correction is the bread and butter. Magnesium chloride brine sticks to cars all winter; spring sees real bumper and rocker rust if it's not stripped.

Here's what's in it.

pH-balanced acid pre-spray on paint
Iron-fallout dissolver on wheels
Dwell, agitate, and rinse cycle
Safe for ceramic-coated paint when stage-matched

Questions.

01Is acid bath safe for my paint?+

Yes when matched to the paint condition. We don't put aggressive acid on fresh ceramic-coated surfaces. The product and dwell time get dialed to what the vehicle actually needs.

02Do I need this every wash?+

No. Acid bath is a reset for paint that's seen Utah winter salt or hasn't been touched in a while. Once or twice a year is plenty for a maintained car.
