01Do you shampoo carpets in a standard interior detail?+
Light surface vacuuming is included. Deep shampoo for stained carpets, seats, or full cloth interior is the carpet shampoo service. We'll quote it once we see what we're working with.
02What if the vehicle has bad odors?+
Smell sources need to be identified first. A vacuum and wipe won't pull odor that's bonded to fabric. Book the smell removal service if you're dealing with pet, smoke, or vomit smells.
03Will you clean baby seats?+
Yes. Mention it on the call so we plan enough time. Booster and car seats get extra detail work; we'll wipe straps and crevices but leave the harness installation alone.
